—————————————————————————————
From user emotions to business rules, explain the underlying logic of making short videos, applicable to all platforms. —————————————————————————————
I dare say that this is most likely the article you have read so far that provides the most thorough understanding of short videos.
Take a moment to read it, chew it thoroughly, and chew it thoroughly, which is better than all the operational skills you learn in the market.
The first principle of short videos is that users want to hear and watch what they want, not what they want to film.
The essence of traffic is the voting of attention, and the source of attention is user demand.
　　2. The first principle that users want to hear and watch is emotional value, not content refinement.
Exquisite visuals are just skin bags, the soul is the one that can evoke emotions of joy, anger, sorrow, happiness, resonance, or anxiety.
　　3. The first principle of emotional value: creating conflicts rather than straightforward statements.
Without conflict, there can be no pause; without contrast, there can be no commentary; plainness is the original sin of content creation.
　　4. The first principle of creating conflict: copy structure, not shooting technique.
No matter how cool the camera is, it cannot save a bad script, but a god level copy can support millions of views with just one image.
The first principle of copywriting structure: insight into human nature, not fancy language.
What truly moves people is not literary talent, but precise strikes against greed, anger, delusion, love, hatred, evil, and desire.
　　6. The first principle of insight into human nature: data feedback, not subjective speculation.
What you think of as "good content" is often self promotion, and completion rate and interaction rate are the most honest votes of human nature.
　　7. First principles of data feedback: probability game, rather than searching for popular products.
Explosive products are unpredictable random events, but improving the probability of explosive products appearing through data optimization is controllable.
　　8. First principles of probability games: matrix replication rather than single point breakout.
In the face of algorithms, do not use a single account to combat the uncertain dynamic horse racing environment. Instead, use a systematic matrix to resist uncertainty. This is business.
　　9. The first principle of matrix replication: industrialized SOP, rather than relying on talent.
Talents are isolated cases that cannot be replicated and are extremely unstable; The process is a common practice and can be mass-produced and scaled up. Trying to expand by recruiting people with a good sense of the internet is a stroke of luck, but expanding by relying on a set of "foolproof" execution manuals is the key to doing business. The SOP is the iron clad camp with flowing soldiers.
　　10. Industrialization? SOP? The first principle is to minimize costs to the extreme, rather than pursuing perfection.
The core of matrix games is "horse racing", reducing the cost of a single horse (single material) means that the same budget can produce more "data samples". In probability games, only by minimizing the cost of trial and error can one lock in a victory by increasing the number of bets placed.
　　11. The first principle of ultimate cost reduction: AI leverage, not manual stacking.
The efficiency of carbon based organisms (humans) has a ceiling, and they not only require money but also emotional management; There is no upper limit to the efficiency of silicon-based intelligence (AI). Replacing repetitive human labor with AI computing power and using tools to counter algorithms is the ultimate outcome of the content production revolution.
The first principle of AI leverage is to ask questions rather than seeking answers.
AI is the most powerful solver in human history, but it cannot solve problems on its own. In the era of excessive computing power, execution becomes cheap, and the ability to propose the correct strategic direction and define core business propositions is ten thousand times more expensive than the ability to solve specific technical problems. AI prompt command engineer (Prompt) is the most valuable trend position in the future.
　　13. First principles for posing questions: Master the principles rather than chasing algorithms.
Algorithms change every three days and every three months, but human nature has not changed for three thousand years. The ultimate goal of business is not to please machines, but to serve people. All technologies, matrices, SOPs, and AI ultimately need to return to serving the origin of "creating value". Never forget your original intention, only then can you stay true to yourself, with a logical closed loop.
　　14. The first principle of mastering principles: bend down and enter the situation, rather than observing the fire on the shore.
Thinking is all a problem; Doing is the answer. No matter how powerful the thinking model is, if it only stays in the "favorites", it is only spiritual opium. The realization of cognition never relies on sudden enlightenment, but on clumsy, repetitive, and tedious execution. Although the road is far, the journey is approaching.
　　15. The first principle of immersing oneself in the situation: long-term compound interest, not short-term speculation.
Making short videos is not a 100 meter sprint, but a marathon. The first three months, or even longer, may be the darkest moments, with zero data and no one paying attention, but as long as the direction is right, only by enduring the tedious quantitative changes can we usher in astonishing qualitative changes. This is also what Ding Yuanying said in "The Distant Savior": "Endure what others cannot bear, what capable people cannot.
The first principle of long-term compound interest is to cultivate internal strength rather than overdraw luck.
Money earned by luck will eventually be lost by strength. The wind will stop, the platform will change, and the dividends will disappear. Only the abilities that grow on oneself - your cognitive height, your trading ability, and your mental strength - are the iron rice bowl that no one can take away. In this uncertain era, making oneself stronger is the only certainty.

The first principle of cultivating internal skills is that mental strength is king, not intelligence.
In this era of information overload in self media, the information gap is extremely transparent, and everyone's intelligence is sufficient. What often widens the gap is the ability to resist attacks. Recently, I have been thinking more about my mental and mental abilities. The essence of business is suffering, with various variables. Without strong mental strength to digest anxiety and loss pressure, even the smartest brain will collapse halfway. Those who can laugh until the end are often not the smartest, but the most sober in the world.
　　18. The first principle that mental power is king: delayed gratification, not instant pleasure.
Dopamine is easily obtainable, while endorphins are difficult to produce. Brushing videos is instant entertainment, making videos is delayed gratification. The strong gain freedom by controlling their desires, while the weak gain pleasure by indulging their desires. The longer loneliness can be endured, the greater prosperity can be carried.
The first principle of delayed gratification: extreme altruism rather than refined self-interest.
The ultimate secret of business is' exchange ', where you must first give what you want. The ultimate self-interest must be achieved through ultimate altruism. Anyone who wants to cut chives will eventually turn into chives; For those who genuinely want to help users solve problems, money is just a side effect.
　　20. The first principle of extreme altruism: revere laws, rather than being determined by man.
Go with the flow, like breaking bamboo; Go against the tide and shatter into pieces. The so-called law is the first principle. Whether it is algorithmic mechanisms, human weaknesses, or economic cycles, they are objective existences that are not subject to individual will. The greatest wisdom is to acknowledge your own insignificance, and then find the small lever pivot that belongs to you in this huge regular machine.
Since I have pushed back to the word 'law', I have to stop because the end of business is law. The core of the Tao Te Ching is about laws, which are non action and stillness.
Making short videos is a practice, following these 20 rules is also practicing the wisdom of 'doing nothing without doing anything'.
I am a good teacher who deduces short videos from the most microscopic "traffic" to the most macroscopic "laws of heaven".
I am trying to use the name of short video traffic to explain the essential laws of commercial operation.
As the saying goes, those who know do not speak, and those who speak do not know. I have written so much in great detail, and I feel ashamed!
